Happy Diwali and Saree OOTD

Hey everyone,

Wishing you all a very happy Diwali and a wonderful New Year.  Today is already Bhai Dooj and I’m a bit late in wishing you,  but the last week has been crazy hectic.

And speaking of Happy New Year…..

This meme is for Farah Khan’s latest bollywood offering,  Happy New Year.  It’s in gujarati and basically means “Only wish happy new year,  but don’t watch the movie “! Don’t ask how I sat through the whole movie.  I guess the only reason was because the kids enjoyed it. In the car,  on our way to the restaurant for dinner,  I made this meme on memegenerator to warn all the unsuspecting folks who might be thinking of going for it :p

Anyway,  back to Diwali,  I love wearing a Saree on Diwali evening for the Laxmi Puja. My favourite are Bandhani sarees and this year,  I wore my favourite one,  a green one with a Jamavar pallu. Here are just a couple of pics taken in a hurry…..

OOTD in a Saree…

Yup, Ruby Woo on my lips.

After having started with the Korean products from the Memebox,  I’m quite happy with the way my skin has transformed.  I shall do an updated skincare regime post soon as well as detailed reviews of the products I’ve been using. Once I get some time to take pics and write,  that is.  Coz this weekend is an endless round of visiting relatives and having guests over. The kids’ schools stay from Monday so hopefully,  I will get some time then.
